Education & Training Videos that can either enhance, or even relieve the live presentations of your trainers and HR folks.
Its really nice to have to put on your Sunday best for only one presentation, rather than all of them. Its also nice to be able to cut out the bloopers and the stumblings, or searchings for things, that slow down a video viewing so much more than they do even a live presentation. Why not have viewers sit through only your best stuff? Theyll appreciate it quite a bit too. And think of the time youll be saving those presenters who are required to repeat themselves ad nauseam. Why not just have them available for questions after the video session? The money and time saved will certainly more than make up for the cost of the video production. And any further updates or changes can always be incorporated later into the original video, at a greatly reduced cost.
Or maybe youre thinking of simulcasting a company conference over your intranet site, and having all your employees log on to attend it.
Hmmm, can I suggest that you rethink that? Our experience is that youll be streaming live video to everyones computer simultaneously, so, depending on your bandwidth, that may really slow individual reception down. Besides, whos going to answer the phones, or keep the company running in the meantime? Must all callers be put on hold until the conference finishes?
Wouldnt it be a little more convenient if you just had the conference videotaped and then, in about 24 hours, put on your intranet so that anyone could view it whenever they had the time available, maybe with the session broken into various convenient chapters that they could go to to save themselves time as well. They can pause it, then, when the phone rings, or a visitor appears out of the elevator, and return to it when its convenient without missing a beat. Of course, if needed, the session can be reviewed repeatedly in this manner, until all of the necessary material finally sinks in. Not bad, huh? Be happy to help you.
