Video production is priced at $60/hr., including drive time to various locations. Every hour of a video shoot normally requires an additional hour of editing time as well, and that too is priced at $60/hr. Final pricing for video production, however, is very difficult to estimate, simply because there are so many variables.
Variables might include:
- help with writing or editing the script,
- the number and kind of locations for the shoot,
- the number of people to be included on camera,
- the use of company personnel or professional actors
- the format(s) to which the video will be rendered, whether for TV, Cable, DVD, VHS, the Web, etc.,
- voiceovers required,
- sound effects or music needed,
- the amount of editing sophistication required,
- the inclusion of various other video clips or photographs, and in which format they are made available to American Corporate Communication
Nonetheless, given these variables, let me see if I can at least give you a ballpark or a range of prices for the various video productions. My interest here is only to offer a very rough estimate, as every project is unique. For a free quote, please feel free to either give me a quick call or an e-mail here to inquire about your own particular project.

Insurance Claim Inventory Video, something that anyone with a video camera can do, without the necessity of producing highquality video. The key to saving money on this type of video is your preparation ahead of time. To do a thorough job of this, satisfactory to the insurance companies, its most helpful to record, not only appearances of items, but also serial numbers and product numbers, and even to have someone describe many of the items and their purchase prices, with receipts, of possible, on camera. The end product will be supplied on VHS or DVD, as requested.
Inventory videotaping, including travel ($200 minimum)............. $60/hour

Special Event Videography
Special Event Videography, like school programs, dance recitals, & theatrical performances, allow for a unique payment structure.
If a school invites us in for a videotaping, and at least 20 videos are purchased, we will give one additional copy, in either VHS or DVD format, to the school free of charge (maybe for that stressed-out music teachers archives?), and any Mom or Dad or Grandma or Grandpa, or anyone else can order either a DVD or VHS too by simply filling out one of our order envelopes at the performance, inserting a check, cash, or credit card order with it, for $24.95 per copy ordered, and returning it to us on the evening of the performance. The DVDs or VHS tapes, individually labeled, will then be returned to the school for distribution to the students during the following week. If requested, additional copies can be ordered separately later, but an additional $5 per copy would be added for shipping.
